How long before an Office Add-In is ready after launching New Outlook?

When launching New Outlook and immediately compose and send a mail you might experience a message saying that DPG is not yet ready. This is because New Outlook has not yet initialized and loaded the Add-in. In our experience it can take 10-20 seconds before Add-ins are loaded.

Once Add-ins have been loaded you should no longer experience delays – until next time you launch New Outlook.
